This is a basic overview of adding new participants to your Organization from the Dashboard
Participant Status Fields:
Status:
Active: Participant has successfully opened their invitation email and set a password.
Inactive: Participant has not successfully set a password.
Locked: Participant has been locked due to 5 unsuccessful log in attempts. Admins must unlock participants manually.
Invite Status:
Approved: Participant has successfully opened their invitation email and "Approved" the invitation to join your Organization. Once approved, participants can see all evaluation results and custom stretch programs.
Pending: An email with an invitation to join the organization was delivered and is awaiting participant response.
Rejected: An email with an invitation to join the organization was delivered and participant selected "deny" on request.
