Super Admin: Basic Navigation

This tutorial will review all pages and features of the dashboard for SuperAdmins. For navigating inside an Organization, see resource: Org Admin: Navigating the Dashboard

• Side Navigation - Users List: includes all users with active profiles in the system. Regardless of Invite Status/Status, this list includes all participants, professionals, admins, OrgAdmins, and Super users across the system.

• Side Navigation - Participants List: Participants are defined as user profiles created in MotionDX (by a Professional, Admin, or OrgAdmin) with the intention of collecting measurements and assigning programs.

• NOTE: The SuperAdmin Dashboard Participants List includes only participants that have successfully registered and accepted at least one Organization Invite. If you search this list for a participant that has not registered/accepted an invite, you will return no results. Refer to Generate Invite Link to override invite for support.
